Tickets, Money, Passport?

Over on the side bar I've introduced a new list, current title Fickle Faves. I wanted to highlight things I'm loving and of course the first two things I thought of were televisual delights and what delights they are.

I can't begin to tell you how fantastic Bleak House is (in fact I have already). So I won't. Suffice to say it is awesome. I find myself watching the omnibus on a Sunday, tea and toast in hand just to see it all again. If you're not watching you're missing out but it's too late to start now. Rue the day you forgot to set the dvd.

Meanwhile Saturday nights are alright for dancing. Oh yes. I've loved every series of Strictly but this year has been particularly delightful. Delightful because dear Zoe Ball has come out of the gates dancing like a star. Who'd of thought it? I've always liked her, she's generally fab and goes on the list of people who ought to be your friend were they not famous and really far too cool for you. I expected her to be somewhat gauche, being so tall and somewhat tomboy-ish yet there she is all grace and lightness across the dance floor. She's got a great partner in Ian and they look good together. Even still being head and shoulder, ho ho ho, above the others she is being absolutely gracious and enormously supportive of everyone else. Go Zoe.
