Tickets, Money, Passport?

It's snowing, proper great big flaking bits of snow. It's the first time I've woken up looked out of the window and gasped, so unexpected was the winter wonderland outside. I heard the mobile beep and was getting up to see what the message was and lo! it was Alison saying 'look outside'.

Just lovely. Well almost, I am getting on a plane later. I'm sure it's fine. Certainly much better than wind, rain, thunder lightning, you know the way you love me is frightening...*

A mini-collage today. It's very nice to sit next to another Australian who gets as excited about the snow as I do. We walked up to the local park and threw snowballs and made a snowman. I must also be learning to dress appropriately for it as I even put Proper Walking Shoes on. My colleagues were amazed to find I even owned a pair, though the comment was made 'they do look brand new' which is effectivly what they are in spite of having owned them two years. What a revelation it was to verily skip up the snowy/slushy streets of London and not nearly go arse over. Sensible shoes, who'd of thought it. ;)
