Class Act
Lauren on XFM this morning asked listeners to text in their favorite teen flick.
You know the kind of thing, Pretty in Pink, Weird Science, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Lost Boys etc.
All fine films in their own way but the one I thought of first, the one that got my friends and I together for marathon video watching, dialogue reciting action was Class of 1984.
Whereas on the other side of the television, curled up on the sofa, room darkened, pizza and beer on the go, this motley crew were watching. Almost interchangeable wouldn't you say?
We also enjoyed The Terminator, St Elmo's Fire and the Star Wars trilogy. Oh and Grease and The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Go figure.
