It's Friday!
Okay it's not but I have tomorrow off so it's Friday in my book. I have also been in a "rather busy at work" shocker! However I am diverting my energies from doing "actual work" to post.
Tomorrow I hope to buy a piece of art. Postcard sized. I have done my preparation and gone down to the RCA and sourced my favourite ones. I'd like to say I picked the cards I knew were by famous artists but I decided the smarter thing was pick the things I like and the ones that might go in the flat. Sensible but wise I feel. Stay tuned to see what I get.
The downside is I am planning on giving up my lie-in to go and get one.
Later I shall be spending more money in an attempt to get Christmas presents bought. Last year I was done by the end of November, I hope to repeat the scenario this year. I will, it goes without saying, indulge in an Eggnog Latte. Sounds grim, it is, but it's traditional. Like spending most of the month drunk and poor.
I wish it would get properly cold. And snow.
