All Saints
I'm looking up recipes on-line. You know it's a recipe too far when you see the words "then blowtorch....."
All I want is something to do with leeks. Ooh and look it's St David's Day. That's a co-incidence. Yes really it is.

I know how to saute leeks if that's any help. Just put 'em in a pan with some marj or butter, cook 'em til they go soft & add salt & pepper. You could probably add cream and/or garlic too to give them an extra kick.
